Under the family code; when a wife was pregnant by another man. The family code distinguished as a serious fraud. Because the wife breaking the essence of marriage. Where the most important objects of marriage is procreation of children, and "a husband has the right to require that his wife shall not bear to his bed aliens to his blood and lineage"
But when the wife is already pregnant at the time of the marriage. The husband can no longer invoke fraud as the case maybe.
The fact that the wife was formerly a prostitute or has delivered a child by another man before her marriage does not constitute fraud and a ground for annulment of marriage...for it is not included in Art. 46 paragraph 2.
It is advisable for the husband to investigated his wife's background before he married her

This is well said I totally agreed as for the wife is responsible for what she do after marriage but not for what had done before it.
