Under Article 1. of this code state the legal requisite of marriage. Which is;
Marriage is a special contract of permanent union between a man and a woman enter into in accordance with law for the establishment of conjugal and family life.
Summary:
1. Marriage is a "Special" contract.
2. It is a "Permanent" union
3. A union is "between a man and a woman".
4. The union must be "enter into in accordance with law."
5. The purpose of the marriage is "the establishment of conjugal and family life."
This is the basic requisite of marriage that every person should know before deciding to get marriage

This is something that should be understood by any couple considering marriage. There are some (a lot) who take it for granted. I even think this is something that should be taught in school - I mean high school, in conjunction with those things they propose to be taught in school regarding reproductive health.
